And with some PMMs saying they’re looking for work elsewhere, and have career aspirations that are either in a different role, different company, or different department, we and stability thought we’d see if they feel as though their salary reflects the value that they bring to the table. We can see that, at the time the data was collected, a majority of product marketers agreed that their compensation accurately reflected their value. Those who answered “yes” and “for now” reported the highest earnings across the board, with respondents in the former group recording earnings well in excess of the global average across salary, bonus, and stock allocation.
