This steady increase is evident as we see those with zero years of experience earn an average salary of $74,103. This increases to a $90,877 yearly average salary for PMMs with 1-5 years of experience. Then we see a steep increase in average base salary, up to $137,093 for people with 6-10 years under their belt. This trend continues up until the 16-20 year mark, with PMMs taking home $173,810 a year in base salary – a $190,000 median salary. Unsurprisingly, PMMs who hold over 20 years of experience earn the most in terms of average salary ($181,800) and median salary ($203,000).
